  Barbara Fluder, O.D.

  • Graduated with honors from St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelor of Science in 1989. She graduated with honors from Indiana University School of Optometry in 1993.
  • Is the 2010 President of the Northwest Chapter of the Indiana Optometric Association
  • Is a clinical examiner for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO).
  • Donates exams for qualifying Hilltop Neighborhood House patients and contributes to the cost of their visual needs.
  • Is a member of the American Optometric Association, and the Indiana Optometric Association.
  • Is an active member of Delta Theta Tau, a national philanthropic organization.

      Tammy Welch, Optician

  • Has over 25 years as an experienced optician.
  • Will gladly help you wih all of your insurance questions as well as your frame and lens selection.

      Sharon Soohey, Optician/Technician

  • Been an optician and technician for nine years.
  • Excellent with pretesting and contact lens fitting.
